Ingredients Quantity to Prepare Aloo Gobi Recipe
- 1 Cauliflower.
- 2 medium Potato.
- 2 perfectly chopped Tomato.
- 2 chopped Onion.
- 2 tbsp Ginger paste.
- 2 tbsp Garlic paste.
- 2 Green Chilly.
- 1 tbsp Turmeric Powder.
- 1 tbsp Chilli Powder.
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder.
- 1 tbsp Garam Masala Powder.
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil.
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaf.
- Salt to taste.
Steps To Prepare Aloo Gobi Recipe
1 First heat Olive Oil in a Non Stick Pan then add Potato and Cauliflower into it.
2 Add Salt and Turmeric Powder into it and cover it for 15 minutes.
3 Then heat oil in an another Non Stick Pan for 2 minutes.
4 Add Green Chilly and chopped Onion into it.
5 Fry it till Onion became soft and then add some ginger and garlic paste to it. Saute it for 5 minutes.
6 After 5 munites add chopped Tomato, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Chilli Powder, Garam Masala Powder into it.
7 Cook it for another 5 to 10 minutes till masala get ready.
8 Take the fried Potato and Cauliflower from the first Pan and add into this masala.
9 Fry it for 5 minutes and add Coriander Leaves finally to make Aloo Gobi.
Now Aloo Gobi is Ready to Serve hot.
