- 4 Egg.
- 450 gram Rice.
- 5 tbsp Oil.
- 2 chopped Onion.
- 2 Green Chilly.
- 2 tbsp Ginger paste.

- 2 perfectly chooped Tomato.
- 1 Lemon.
- 1 tbsp Red Chilly Powder.
- 1 tbsp Coriander Powder.
- 2 tbsp Mint Leaf.

- 2 Cardamom.
- 50 gram Cashew Nut.
- 4 Loung.
- 1 stick Cinnamon.
- 2 Bay leaf.
- 8 Black Peper.
- 2 tbsp Ghee.
- Salt to taste.
Steps To Prepare Egg Biryani Recipe
1 First boil 4 Egg in a suspain.
2 Boil water and add salt, Bay Leaf, Lemon Juice and rice.Then Cook rice till its half boiled.
3 Heat Oil in a Big Pan. Then add Cardamon, Laung, Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Green Chilly and chopped onion into it.
4 After 5 minutes add Ginger Paste, Garlic Paste, Tomato, Garam Masala, Coriander Powder, Chilly Powder and Salt.
5 Then after 8 minutes add boiled Eggs into it.
6 Now add half boiled Rice, Salt, Ghee, Coriander Leaves and Mint Leaves into it and cover the Lid tightly.
7 Let it cook for 15 minutes in a medium Flame.
8 Finally after 15 to 20 minutes open the Lid finally and add fried
Cashew Nut and mix it well.
