Ingredients Quantity to Prepare Green Fried Rice Recipe

  • 10 fresh Spinach Leaves properly chopped.
  • 8-10 Small Broccoli florets blanched.
  • 5-6 French Beans cut into diamonds and blanched.
  • 1 medium green Capsicum, seeded and cut into diamonds.
  • 2 Spring Onion greens properly chopped.
  • 3 tablespoons Green Chilli Sauce.
  • 1/2 cups Rice properly boiled.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil.
  • 2 medium Onions properly sliced.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1/2 cup Bean Sprouts.

Steps To Prepare Green Fried Rice Recipe

1Heat the oil in a non-stick pan. Add the onion sand saute.

2Add the broccoli, French beans and green chilli sauce. Stir and add the capsicum and salt. Saute for a minute and add the bean sprouts and spinach. Adjust the salt and saute for one more minute.

3Add the rice and mix well and cook till heated through.

4Add the spring onion greens and mix again.

Now Green Fried Rice is Ready to Serve hot.
