  • 400 gram Basmati Rice.
  • 2 medium size Lemon.
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seed.
  • 2 teaspoon Peanuts.
  • 2 green Chilly.
  • 2 teaspoon Ghee.
  • ½ teaspoon Mustard Seeds.
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Leaves.
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder.
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick.
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Coriander Leaves.
  • 2 teaspoon Salt.

Steps To Prepare Lemon Rice Recipe

1 Soak the Basmati Rice in a bowl for 15 minutes , then cook the rice in boiling water as that Rice is 90% done.

2 Heat ghee or oil in a nonstick pan and then add Cumin Seeds, Black Mustard Seeds , Green Chilly, Curry Leaves, Turmeric Powder & Cinnamon Stick to it.

3 When Cumin Seeds change its color after that add fried Peanuts to it.

4 Stir fry the rice then add Salt & Lemon juice as per taste.

5 Finally add fresh Coriander Leaves to it.

Now Lemon Rice is Ready to Serve hot.
