Ingredients Quantity to Prepare Masala Vada Recipe
- 2 tablespoon Oil.
- 1/4 tablespoon Hing.
- 1 tablespoon Mustard Seeds.
- 2 tablespoon Saunf.
- 1 Onion.
- 2 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste.
- 2 boiled Big Potato.
- 1 tablespoon Turmeric Powder.
- ¼ tablespoon Soda.
- 2 tablespoon Red Chilli Powder.
- 2 tablespoon Coriander Leaves.
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice.
- Oil for dip fry.
- Salt to Taste.
Steps To Prepare Masala Vada Recipe
1 Take oil in a Pan, put Hing, Mustard Seeds and Saunf. Roast together.
2 Add onion and Garlic Garlic Paste and Saute well.
3 Now add boiled Potatoes, Turmeric Powder, Salt, 2 tablespoon of Red Chilli Powder and Coriander Leaves.
4 After that mix them well and add Lemon Juice. Saute to make a paste.
5 Next, take a bowl and add Besan, Soda, Salt and Red Chilli Powder.
6 Put some water and mix thoroughly to make a Besan mix.
7 Take the prepared masala paste and make small ball of it.
8 Finally dip the balls completely in to the Besan mix and deep fry in the pan till golden brown.
Now Masala Vada is Ready to Serve hot.
