  • Whole Wheat Flour.
  • Grated Paneer.
  • Ghee.
  • Green Chilly.
  • Onion.
  • Coriander Leaves.
  • Salt.

  • Non Stick Tawa.
  • Bowl.
  • Serving Dish.

Ingredients Quantity to Prepare Paneer Paratha Recipe

  • 250 gram Whole Wheat Flour.
  • 200 gram Grated Paneer.
  • 50 gram Ghee.
  • 2 Green Chilly.
  • 1 Medium Size Onion.
  • 1 Teaspoon Chopped Coriander Leaves.
  • Salt to Taste.

Steps To Prepare Paneer Paratha Recipe

1 First make the dough using Wheat Flour, Salt, Water and set aside for 30 minutes.

2 Then take a large Bowl and take Grated Paneer, Coriander Leaves, chopped Green Chilly and Salt as per taste .

3 After that take one of the dough balls and using your rolling pin roll it into a circle. Apply little oil all over the rolled dough.

4 Place 2 – 3 tablespoons of Paneer stuffing in the center. Don’t overfill else it will be difficult to roll.

5 Bring all the edges together and pinch to seal the edges. Flatten the dough ball using your hands.

6 Now using your rolling pin, roll the dough to a circle of 7 – 8 inch diameter, apply equal pressure while rolling, now the paratha will turn round automatically.

7 Transfer the rolled Paratha onto the hot Non Stick Tawa.

8 Cook the side for a minute or two and then flip over. Apply ghee on the half-cooked side and flip again.

9 Finally apply oil on the other side as well. Press with a spatula and cook the paratha till both sides have golden brown spots on them.

Now Paneer Paratha is Ready to Serve hot.
