- Non Stick Pan.

Ingredients Quantity to Prepare Poha Recipe
- 2 cups Poha.
- 2 teaspoon Olive Oil.
- 1/2 teaspoon Mustard Seeds.
- 1 teaspoon Peanuts or Groundnuts.
- 1 teaspoon chopped Green chilly.
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Curry Leaves.
- 1 medium size Boiled Potato.
- 3 medium size finely chopped Onions.
- Salt to Taste.
- One pinch of Sugar but it is optional.
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder.
- 2 teaspoon Coriander Leaves.
- 1 medium size Lemon Juice.
Steps To Prepare Poha Recipe
1 First take a bowl of soak Poha for 5 minutes.Then a strainer and wash Poha twice.
2 Set it aside for about 5-10 minutes and let the water drain out completely.
3 Heat Olive oil in a Non Stick Pan and add Mustard Seeds and let them crackle.
4 After that add Peanuts and roast for few seconds.
5 Then add finely chopped Green chilly, Curry Leaves, chopped Onions, chopped Boiled Potato and saute for few seconds.
6 Now add Salt as per taste, Sugar is optional, Turmeric Powder and mix well.
7 Finally add the washed Poha and freshly chopped Coriander Leaves on the top.
8 Lastly now add Lemon Juice & mix it .
Now Poha Recipe is Ready to Serve hot.
