- Green Peas.
- Cashew Nut.

- Cumin Seeds.

- Non Stick Pan.
- Serving Dish.
Ingredients Quantity to Prepare Samosa Recipe
- 2 cup or 250 gram Maida.
- 50 gram Ghee.
- 1/2 litre Oil.
- 1 tbsp Carom Seeds or Ajwain.
- 50 gram Water.
- 250 gram perfectly chopped Potato.
- 50 gram Green Peas.
- 8 to 10 Cashew Nut.
- 8 to 10 Raisins.
- 1 tbsp Ginger Paste.
- 1/2 tbsp Green Chilly.
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds.
- 1/2 tbsp Red Chilli Powder.
- Salt to taste.
Steps To Prepare Samosa Recipe
1 First mix together with Maida, Ghee, Carom Seeds and Salt. Then rub the Maida well in between the Palm with Ghee.
2 Add water little by little and mix the flour to dough tightly. Then cover and set a side.
3 Heat a Non Stick Pan. Then add Oil, Cumin Seed, Green Chilly, Ginger Paste and fry until its smells Good.
4 Add Boiled Potatoes, Green Peas, Cashew Nut, Raisins, Chili Powder and salt. Mix it perfectly and fry for 5 minutes.
5 Lightly knead the Dough and make small Balls. Then grease the rolling area and flatten the ball in oval shape.
6 Then cut into two pieces and join the edges to make a Cone.
7 After that fill the Cone with Potato Masala and press to seal the Cone by using little Water.
8 Then heat Oil in a Non Stick Pan and Samosa to it. Deep fry until its become Golden Brown.
9 Finally fry another 5 minutes in a very low flame to make your Samosa more crispy.
Now Samosa is Ready to Serve hot.
