- 1 Cup Maida.
- 1 teaspoon Sugar.
- 1/2 Salt.
- 2 teaspoon Baking Powder.
- 1 cup Milk.
- 3 teaspoon Oil.

Steps To Prepare Veg Pancake Recipe
1 First take a Bowl mix Maida, Sugar, Salt, Baking Powder, Milk, Oil, Vanilla Essence and enough water to form a smooth paste.
2 Remember that the batter should be of a coating consistency and add more water if required.
3 Take a Frying Pan and heat Oil in it and increase the heat and pour batter in the pan.
4 Lower the heat and cover the Pan for about 10 seconds.
5 When edges of the Pancake start lifting on its own, the Pancake is done.
6 Finally turn the Pan upside down over a plate and serve hot.
